Q: Where can I get even better photos then the ones I take?

A: If you need to find a specific scene or a higher quality photo than you feel you can take yourself, you can search for a professional-style photo from a stock photo website like bigstockphoto.com or a free collection like unsplash.com (highly recommended for free high quality images), or generate your own art using an AI based image generator like Midjourney.com which will let you generate art based on an exact description of your choosing.

Q: Who arranges the overlay? Can I arrange the verse overlay myself?

Q: What if I am not happy with the print?

A: If there was a problem with the printing or damage occurred during shipping, we will reprint it for you.

Q: Do you offer canvas sizes any bigger or smaller than the options on your website?

Q: Will some of my photo be lost due to the frame wrapping?

A: Not in most cases. We are able to add natural looking mirrored edges so none of the image is lost to the edge wrapping.

Q: Can I send in a picture, negative of slide for you to scan instead?

A: Yes, you can email us a high resolution scan of a slide or other media.

Q: Can I email an order?

A: You can email us your photo (and details) if you prefer. Online payment will be required through an alternate link.

Q: What is the maximum file size you can accept through your website?

A: 64 MB. Contact us if you have a larger file.

Q: What size image file is required to make the best possible canvas print?

A: While we are able to print images of all sizes, typically a file size of 2 MB or greater is enough for producing a high-quality print.

Q: Can I hang my artwork in a bathroom or humid area?

A: Because canvas is a natural product that will shrink and swell due to significant changes in temperature or humidity, it should not be hung in a bathroom or directly over a heat source.

Q: Are there any special mounting instructions I should follow when hanging my piece?

A: All framed prints come ready-to-hang out of the box with gallery-strength piano wire. All you need is a hook/nail in the wall.

Q: How do I clean/maintain my canvas?

A: The best way to clean the canvas is with a soft duster. You can also use a damp cloth on the face of the canvas.

Q: Will I like the look of the overlay? What if my photo isn't well-suited for any of the position options?

A: If desired, one of our designers will overlay the scripture you choose onto your photo. Care will be taken to find the optimal positioning based on your general position preference. If a uniformly colored background area is not available various background fade methods can be used to make your text readable and showcase the image as much as possible. And you will always be able to see the proof before we go to print.

Q: Will I get to see the photo overlay before it is printed?

A: Yes, we will email you a free digital "proof" image that you must approve before we print. If you aren't happy with the proof, let us know, and we will make any necessary adjustments.

Q: How long does it take to receive my free digital proof?

A: Digital proofs are typically available within one to two business days.

Q: When will my order arrive?

A: From the time you approve your proof it takes 5-7 business days for production and then 3-7 days for standard shipping.
